Zhytomyr Polytechnic is a leader in international activities and cooperation within our region and ranks among the leading universities in Ukraine based on
the number of international projects involving the university.
The development of international cooperation is one of the key priorities in the
growth of our university.
We are continuously working on preparing projects across various areas, including student and faculty exchange programmes (Erasmus+/KA1, DAAD, OeAD, Nawa, IVF, and others), improving existing and developing new courses, programmes, and curricula in line with advanced international standards, strengthening the university’s infrastructure (Erasmus+/KA2), and promoting scientific collaboration (NATO, Horizon Europe, and others).
Year after year, the university actively expands existing and establishes new partnerships with foreign higher education institutions to jointly implement various educational and research projects. At present, we have 89 international partner universities with signed cooperation agreements.
According to the results summarised by the National Erasmus+ Office of Ukraine, Zhytomyr Polytechnic ranked 15th out of more than 200 Ukrainian higher education institutions during the previous Erasmus+ programme cycle (2014–2020), placing it among the top 25 universities in Ukraine for the number of Erasmus+/International Credit Mobility projects implemented.
