The quality policy of Zhytomyr Polytechnic state university is aimed at ensuring high competitiveness of the University in both national and international markets of educational services and scientific-innovative activities. The quality management system of Zhytomyr Polytechnic state university is designed to:

Ensure effective operations and the capacity to continuously provide educational services that meet customer requirements, applicable legal and regulatory standards by eliminating nonconformities in processes;
Identify and implement development opportunities, including those aimed at improving customer satisfaction and enhancing educational services through data analysis and management review of the quality system by the Rectorate;
Identify and manage risks related to the university’s environment, strategic goals, and processes by implementing strategic management;
Balance efficiency and effectiveness by setting performance indicators, monitoring, and measuring processes;
Demonstrate compliance with the established requirements of the quality management system through internal audits.
