Rebuild Ukraine Scholars Initiative: твоя освіта може стати частиною відновлення України

Відновлення України — це не лише відбудова міст, доріг, підприємств та інфраструктури. Передусім це люди, їхні знання, професійність, відповідальність і здатність до змін. Україні потрібні інженери, які розроблятимуть нові технології; фахівці зі штучного інтелекту та кібербезпеки, які посилюватимуть технологічну спроможність держави; психологи та фахівці з реабілітації, які допомагатимуть відновлювати людський потенціал; науковці, освітяни, управлінці, підприємці та лідери, здатні перетворювати складні виклики на рішення.

Саме тому Державний університет «Житомирська політехніка» започаткував Rebuild Ukraine Scholars Initiative — міжнародну стипендіальну ініціативу для талановитих, цілеспрямованих і вмотивованих вступників. Її мета — створити можливість отримати фінансову підтримку для покриття вартості навчання щонайменше протягом одного академічного року завдяки міжнародним партнерам, компаніям, фондам, благодійним організаціям та окремим донорам.

Ініціатива охоплює широкий спектр напрямів, важливих для майбутнього України: інженерію, автоматизацію та робототехніку, штучний інтелект, ІТ і кібербезпеку, медичні та біомедичні технології, протезування й ортезування, психологію та ментальне здоров’я, реабілітацію й адаптивний спорт, національну безпеку, право, державне управління, освіту, соціальне забезпечення, економіку, підприємництво, екологію, енергетику, цифрову трансформацію та інновації.

Але Rebuild Ukraine Scholars Initiative — це більше, ніж лише оплата навчання. Залежно від конкретної стипендіальної програми міжнародні партнери можуть долучатися до професійного розвитку стипендіатів через менторство, гостьові лекції, стажування, міжнародні обміни, дослідницькі та інноваційні проєкти, розвиток лідерських компетентностей і професійний нетворкінг. Це можливість уже під час навчання отримувати міжнародний досвід, працювати з експертами та практиками й формувати власну професійну траєкторію.

Для участі у відборі вступник подає заявку та мотиваційний лист. Це можливість представити себе не лише через оцінки, а й через власні цілі, досягнення, мотивацію та бачення майбутнього.

У мотиваційному листі вступник має обґрунтувати свої академічні та професійні цілі, мотивацію до навчання за обраною спеціальністю, особисті й академічні досягнення, громадську чи проєктну активність, а також власне бачення того, як здобуті знання та майбутня професія можуть сприяти відновленню, розвитку й модернізації України.

Після розгляду заявок проводиться конкурсний відбір відповідно до критеріїв конкретної стипендіальної програми. Умови, пріоритетні спеціальності, кількість стипендій, строки подання документів та інші вимоги можуть відрізнятися залежно від партнера, який надає відповідну стипендію.

Investing in the Leaders Who Will Restore a Nation

The recovery of Ukraine cannot be achieved solely through infrastructure projects. It will be realized through the efforts of individuals who design, lead, protect, heal communities, educate future generations, and strengthen democratic institutions. 

In recognition of this imperative, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University invites international partners to participate in the Rebuild Ukraine Scholars Initiative. This transformative scholarship program is dedicated to educating the next generation of professionals who will spearhead Ukraine's long-term recovery, resilience, and economic renewal.

The initiative aims to provide full-tuition scholarships for at least one academic year to exceptionally talented and highly motivated students whose financial circumstances might otherwise hinder their educational pursuits. Through the generous contributions of international donors, foundations, universities, corporations, and philanthropic organizations, these students will access a world-class education while preparing to serve their country during one of its most pivotal moments in history.

This initiative transcends a conventional scholarship program; it is a strategic investment to cultivate Ukraine’s future talent pool.

Scholars will engage in studies across disciplines that are critical for national recovery, including engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, medical technologies, mental health, psychology, rehabilitation, prosthetics, robotics, public administration, education, environmental sustainability, national security, digital transformation, law, social welfare, business, and innovation. Each graduate embodies a new capacity to reconstruct communities, modernize institutions, enhance resilience, and stimulate economic growth.
